Which songs are included in Dance Me to the End on/off Love?

As mentioned elsewhere, the Centaur Theatre in Montreal will be presenting a 'dance concert' tribute to Leonard Cohen, entitled Dance Me to the End on/off Love. This show from Denmark has already been performed in a number of European countries, so I thought it possible that someone on the forum might know which songs are to be included in the performance.
