"Essential" in Norway

The Essential album is now 10th in the Norwegian charts:

Sony Denmark lets Cohen down

Apperently sony-music in Denmark has done nothing to promote the cd, so no one knows its out

The same goes to many other countries, as Sony did with Field Commander. No one knows, no one heard, no promotion, no album in the stores.

"The Essential" wasn't available (on the released date) in my local store too. Will give a second chance this week...

In addition to complaining, it is "essential" for you to pester your record stores, especially if you live in Quebec!

According to Anne "Essential" is now # 8 in the album chart in Norway
(it's 2nd week)
