Is anyone else unable to get balcony seats? I keep getting error pages, no matter what combination of settings I try to search with.

Wax anyone able to get a diamond package?

I was ready at 958am and within seconds of 10 am the system said no VIP packages available....

I also had a blank screen where we input the security check; then later I got a message " sorry the interactive seat nap/chart is acting up" lol

I gave up and went back to work.

I came back 30 mins later, tried again, got two seats in the front, then when I got to the last step to pay, it says it can't process my transaction and now those seats are no longer available. :8

Now I came back another 25 minutes later... The two seats are available again in the front, I
Get to the last step and Pow... This time I got them. What a dizzying experience with a happy ending

I'm 90% sure this is the firewalls where I work at .

Unfortunately tickets for the balcony for $84 in Oakland were sold out in a matter of minutes. Is there another presale tomorrow for this concert? Do you know if more of the balcony seats will become available or do I need to wait until Friday to purchase those? Can I use the same presale code until it opens to general public?

My husband has always wanted to see Leonard Cohen, and now he will in a fabulous theater with great seats. Thank you so much for helping me make his 49th birthday the best ever. Got Oakland tickets easy peasy.
