Chelsea Hotel Intros

Am I the only one around here who thinks that Leonard Cohen introductions to Chelsea Hotel #2 probably stand among the most prominent pieces of art written and performed by this man?
Wiesbaden 1985 was certainly, um, interesting! Nice collection, though, thank you for this!
Indeed, Cohen's intros to this song are a mixture of stand-up comedy and poignant social observation.
