At every concert there is merchandise and various t shirts with logos and tour info printed on the backs of them.
I usually manage to convince myself I need another!
But why, when I should think at least half of Leonard's followers are women and girls, do we have to wear these shapeless unisex shirts that do nothing for us except advertise we are Cohen fans.
At Wembley there actually WAS a top for the girls,with the bird on, but it was white and the material so thin it was see- through, which is OK for anyone size 12 or less who do not mind their bra or their wobbly bits on display.
Why can't we have a shaped shirt with shorter sleeves, made of the same material as the other shirts instead of a shapeless shirt with sleeves nearly to the elbow.
I know you can get shirts made up from various spurious companies, but I would rater have the genuine article.
What do other ladies think, and will it ever happen?

I agree with you completely. That's why I don't have such a t-shirt; it simply looks ridiculous on me and I don't need a t-shirt just to advertise my love for the man. It is a pity no serious thought on it is given by the merchandise department.

Well, I bought the tote bag, which I use daily. What I like about it is it doesn't scream 'Leonard Cohen' at everybody you pass, but the prone nude is so easily identifiable as his artwork it encourages an approach, or at least a friendly knowing smile, from other Cohenites.
