The Good Dr Heck, as always, delights in language, and something new - this morning, "Bird on the Wire", from Allison Crowe
This version of the song is not in the ballet, but, still, is an outgrowth of Allison's recent engagement with Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet on their beautiful "The Doorway - Scenes from Leonard Cohen". One can't hear LC's great songs each night without wanting to sing/play more of them
