Tickets delivery problems

I've oredered tickets to Berlin concert, and they were send to Saint Petersburg, Russia (hope so). The delivery company is TNT Express.
It took a few hours to pass the shipment to their hub in Liege, but then - no updates since early morning of March 31st (33 hours ago!).
The current status is
Held Hub-spec. Forwarding Need
(Sendung Erfordert Spezielle Bearbeitung - Vorgang In Klärung)
The expanaition doesn't cheer me up:
Diese Paketstatus lässt sich leider keiner speziellen Ursache zuordnen, es tritt jedoch eine Zustellverzögerung auf. Möglicherweise sind die Adressangaben auf dem Paket fehlerhaft oder es wurde in eine falsche Zielregion transportiert.
This package status can unfortunately no special reason assigned, but it occurs to a Zustellverzögerung [delay]. Perhaps the address indicated on the package it was shipped in error or the wrong target region.
Haven't found any (un)official TNT Express forum, so I send email to a local office.
If you once had the same problem, please share your advice. Thanks.

Hopefully, you have nothing to worry about. Could be the customs, could be that it's Saturday and they went home early. Give them a call tomorrow and check. But don't loose any sleep over it.

Thanks for the answer.
All I've learned from Internet is that "Forwarding Need" doesn't mean that I need to worry about it, or that I don't need to worry.
The phrase that really makes me sad is "status: Exception".

Could mean anything. Give them a ring tomorrow. Worst thing happens, you'll have to write a few emails. Hopefully not though.

You are right.
My comrade's advice to "take it easy" (one of the tickets is for him, btw) was transformed in my mind into the formula

I still don't have my Ghent ticket - is this normal, does anyone know? Paid extra for special delivery...

Did you receive a "Shipping notification" from Sherpa.be? In that letter you'll find information about the delivery company & the consignment number. Go to the site of that company, find a "track package" option, and use the number to learn, where is your shipment.

none of the tickets for gent have been shipped so far. it is only this morning I saw that the seats were allocated. but it still said 'ready for sending'.

Why do you order the actual tickets?
In 2008-2010, I always had the email code number, like for the flight, and just showed that email on the venue box office... Very easy and you don't pay for the expensive delivery and you don't panic about the post service.

for gent: go to sherpa and then my sherpa, where you can login and see your reservations and the status of it.

well, for the concerts I attended that was only possible in athens and madrid...

but pretty sure it wasnt possibloe for gent and berlin at least in presale.
