Can anyone post a link to
"An index to live recordings and recorded soundchecks, improvisations, studio outtakes, rehearsals and rare songs."?
I've found a couple of links to different sites - http://www.uqtr.ca/~bertrank/cohenlive/concerts.htm for example, but they no longer work.
