Dera Aunt
I offers this pome
a lenghty tome
to the memory of yew
who I havent scene
since yesterday e'en
in your shining car
Vladimir-Suzdal
(1168–1389)
who ruler of Russia
dictates nothing
of import
since his death
(see above)
ages ago
but you Dera Aunt
give not a shit
about history
Ann Cesters
or D Sendants
your 2
cousins
sometimes
these modern daze
called Cuzz
but lets not
make a fuss
I feel I have to offer
to this World
my humble genius
and all should shout "hooray"
very often
from both sides!

.. alright, since I'm obviously magnetically drawn to this place today.. I would first say, since English is your second or third language, that you may even be improving, fish. [still, it's hard not to think you're not begging for a good throttling].. ["Anne Cesters" alone can't help but inspire mutiny]

.. oh, and if you think this "Cuzz" slight is going to offend anyone.. I would remind readers that you pronounce "again" "agane," and in everyday parlance.. not just in a song.. or as a poetic device--no, as part of common, everyday usage.

[this has been confirmed quite recently, in fact]

.. so, once Agane, fish: watch it. I've got you on a very short fish leash. [which they're selling now, given the huge success of the highly informative t.v. show, "The Fish Whisperer"]

[producers realized that all you need to do is add "Whisperer" to the end of it, and you have a hit on your hands]

[actually, the "Forklift Whisperer" failed, but only because there were some fairly serious injuries on location]

.. on the other hand, fish.. I do commend you, as to your historical references, which, as usual, are spot on. [of course, that a car ever ran so long does bend credibility somewhat].. [not to quibble, though]

okay.. fi--oh, tell your host.. [if you two chat at all, that is].. but tell her I'm almost done with annotating the chapbook. Oh, and yes, tell her she was right, and that I shall refer to it as a "chickbook" from now on.

Signed,

and so, not very often]

a very nice tribute to your aunt, M. fish

the car - was it once owned by Vladimir-Suzdal or is it just called Vladimir-Suzdal ... regardless it sounds old, she should try to trade it in.

you know, even if going over your oeuvre with a 'oover presents various obstaballs sometimes.. really, it's getting oover your ouevre that's more difficult. [and I think most here would agree]
