Looking for a tribute concert, help would be appreciated

Hi!
I have a question that might be a little tricky but I figure if I can get an answer to it anywhere it would be here. This is the deal: my mother saw a concert on TV (in Sweden) about six to twelve months ago and she absoutely loved it and has assigned me the task of getting ahold of it somehow. The problem is that she knows very little about it. This is what she remembers: it was a tribute concert in which famous singers sang Leonard Cohen songs. She thinks that Sting was singing a song (although as she knows very little about music and artists in general I'm not entirely certain she's right) and she also remembers the song Hallelujah being sung by (she thinks) two guys in beautiful manner. I'm guessing the concert was held not too long ago since it aired on TV here pretty recently. This is, unfortunately, about all I have to go on.
I've been searching the net trying to find something for a while now but have come up empty-handed. If there rings a bell for anyone here I would very much appreciate any help you can offer.
Kind regards, kakua
