It is coming to a theatre near you
This is the listing for the Los Angeles area. I definitely will go as I did for the IOW screening. I love watching LC on a big screen with a large audience. It will be even more thrilling this time because I have seen this outstanding film at the Krakow Event.

Sounds wonderful. Enjoy it, Arlene!

I don't think there are any screenings in Europe. Or perhaps somebody has more information?
As I said to some people in Krakow, I really wish I had a huuuge TV screen for watching "Bird On the Wire" and "Songs From the Road" 8) .

Thanks for this Arlene! We had a screening of "I'm Your Man" here in Houston, albeit at a rather small "alternative" style cinema (there were 7 people in the audience including us!), so I'll be scouring the local press for this.

Joy

Thanks Esther! Wow! "Emerging Pictures" has a few of the venues a little backwards; however, "Songs" will be playing at the Detroit Film Theater on Saturday the 11th at 4pm!! lol...they indicate it's in Encino, CA. Even though my order should be arriving on the 14th it will be fabulous to see it on the big screen!

Thanks for locating this link! :D

Diana

ps: this will be difficult. Can I jump up after every song? Can I scream? Can I yell out something to Leonard? Think I'd better wear a muzzle and sit on my hands ;-)

Thank you, thank you, thank you Esther!!!!!!!

After Arlene brought this to light here, I went searching and nada! So, I really appreciate this!!!!! Just when I thought that Columbus, Ohio was a LC cultural wasteland, we are getting 2 showings. Even though I ordered the CD/DVD and the LP, I am not going to pass up a chance to see him on the big screen.

   As I plan on getting front row almost center, on the Javier and Dino side, I plan to do all of the above in order to generate audience participation   Can I throw a monkey or blouse at the screen?

Thank you, Esther for posting this schedule at this time. I never noticed the first time I saw the ad, that there would be three screenings in three theatres within easy drving distance from me. Two of the screenings, on a weekend, are being shown at 11 am. That is terrific for me, because I prefer not to drive the streets of LA alone at night.

Diana and Mary -

Just remember to take your meds before the screening - you'll be fine.

I'm surprised there isn't a screening in Austin - musical capital of the world; kick-off venue for last year's USA tour; and home of Roscoe Beck!
