Hi
Not sure if some-one has already posted this or where to post it but ......
For Irish fans RTE Radio1 are doing a feature on Leonard this Saturday August 14th on The Poetry Programme at 7.02pm. The programme will feature archive clips of Leonard in conversation with John MacKenna.
Also the Living Word today at 6.45am on Rising time on radio 1 was a piece on Leonard!

Not sure whether it works overseas but it certainly works here in England.

Thanks for this, miacomet - should be interesting. Yes, A Living Word is about Leonard all this week; it's repeated at 1 am during Late Date, which is when I hear it ! Don't know who the author is, do you - I wonder is she a Forum member !

Glad to hear that the RTE link works abroad. There was a nice little piece about Lissadell and the Saturday concert called "Land, sea and song with Leonard Cohen" on "Sunday Miscellany", RTE 1 radio, this morning, followed by "Tower of Song". Words like "rapture" and "joy" were used to describe the experience - yes, indeed, happy memories... This programme is repeated on Tuesday at 10 pm. and the spoken content is available on podcast.
