Call
I wait and I wait for your call.
I wait and I wait for no one’s call,
but I wait and I wait for your call.
I hope you don’t call.
I am better if you don’t call.
I will stop caring if there’s no call.
I am better without the call.
Then there is no need for any call.
For life without a call,
is life without the pain of no call.

It takes balls to make that call

Hi Kim.. this cracks me up, I like it a lot.. however, don't you mean "Then there is no need for any call".. (?).. Isn't that what you meant to have there?.. then it makes perfect sense to me, and goes with the rest of the poem, I think.. (and you can immortalize this rascal more perfectly that way too)..

I liked this and it made me smile in spite of the fact it sounds like something from my own head - especially the second stanza.
Violet - I wonder if she meant by 'any call' that she/N wants a call from any other person than 'that' person/s.
