Gracious Lady

I have written this for someone whom I know likes to read the poetry here but can sometimes feel a little intimidated and feels their comments would not be welcomed.
I personally welcome any comments, good, bad, serious or funny, and I think that goes for most of us here!

Gracious Lady

There’s a very gracious lady you wouldn’t really see
She just pops in from time to time to take a look, and read.
She very rarely comments, she really is quite shy
But she loves to read our poems so she keeps on popping by.

I know sometimes we are silly, even quite obscene,
But this lady has a sense of fun, though she’d prefer we kept it clean.
She’s a devoted fan of Leonard; on this forum aren’t we all!
She plays his music night and day, from winter through to fall.

She reads up on the banter and all the things we do.
I think sometimes we shock her; though you can’t call her a prude.
She’s a very gracious lady who loves to read our rhymes.
That’s why she keeps on coming back so very many times.

It’s nice to know she visits; it’s good to know she’s there.
It’s nice that someone wants to read the poems that we share.
So let her know she’s welcome to comment or discuss.
Don’t be afraid, say what you will, cause we won’t make a fuss!

All Comments Welcome. Never be afraid to speak your mind!

Thanks A

I have told her that everyone is welcome to comment, and we don't bite(well most of us don't).

She does tell me to behave myself sometimes.(I don't know what she means).

Karren xx

(hope you are feeling better!)

hasn't read much of leonard's work then

sad, and also a little creepy when people become obsessed

>you can't call her a prude

how about a sick woman with little or no personality?

Oh Geoffrey, Where have you been I have missed you so much! Thought you didn't Love your Neurotic little passion fruit anymore.

You know, i don't think it's nice to pass judgment on some one you don't know, but then you and nice in the same sentence doesn't really fit. But i think this lovely lady knows by now that you just can't help yourself. It must be all that pent up sexual tension of yours.(Oooh darling we will have to do something about that!!).

Oh and if you think you can wind me up my little Fig eater, (you'll have to ask violet about that one) then do as you wish, A tidal wave couldn't wipe this smile off my face this morning.

Now be a good boy and go and do something useful, you know as in 'go forth and multiply'.

Have a lovely day, I will.( i'll try not to think of you too much!)

Your Neurotic little passion fruit.

K., oh and G.:

.. actually, G.. when you stop and analyze this a bit.. didn't Leonard just, well, sort of "clean up" that [what I always thought to be] exceptional "anal sex" line of his with something far less.. um.. far more.. well, "clean".. let's say.. which is to say that maybe our shy one here (oh, hi shy one, by the way.. I don't blame you at all for your shyness, given the obvious).. as I was saying, G.. maybe the shy one (which is another favorite little Cohenism of mine, come to think of it).. maybe she is actually more in step with where Leonard is now.. now that he's put away his -- I want to quote that "childish things" line.. whoever wrote that -- but I'll say instead, now that he's put away his hard core sex toys, as it were..

.. as to figs, K.. that was rather for his Lorship, only, for him I'm thinking more in terms of a fig-banana sandwich, I think.. one that requires keeping the banana whole, I suggest.. and not too ripe, either.. I mean, one wants a good degree of firmness, after all.. (you'll note that's not just my taste in kings.. as even mere lords should have this quality).. (methinks).. (just saying)..

.. and lastly: as for you, dear G.. [later note: wait a minute.. what was I thinking??.. (never mind)]..

Signed,
v i o l e t

Oh, here's a little poem
for the shy one:

Even though you're shy

and even though you like the
same guy..

and even though you wish our sex
talk,

were more like Leonard's
anal-sex balk,

I'm sure there is a way,

for us to come together, and for you
to say,

just what's on your shy one's mind

(is it Leonard so inflamed
by the sweet, shy kind??)

.. you might consider switching to wine tasting.. oh, and I believe they spit it out too..

Well, in case you're not up on such things, Marisha is our resident banana queen.. and she's ruined us here.. I mean, I find myself secretly fondling them (when I least expect that to happen).. I mean, there they are, sitting rather innocently in a fruit bowl, and.. gosh, even when I don't think I'm particularly hungry for one, I'll just grab one, and..

.. I even find myself imagining them.. on those [rare occasions] I forget to buy them, I mean.. and then I'll dream up all sorts of unlikely things I'd like to do with them.. (odd)..

.. anyway.. hope you find your king, kissy k.. (try the pubs)..

v. x (oh, I forgot.. a few more kisses for kissy k.. xxx x)..

.. just moseying through here.. (don't even know why).. anyway, I had "imaging" instead of "imagining" so.. as is my violetish proclivity, I've made the due correction..

Dear Violet

I have never had a hangover in my life( drink good liquor and you never wil), and a couple of pints of water before you go to bed.

That writing is very green.

Karren xx

.. are you suggesting the quality sake I drink to be tainted?????.. I'm lucky if I can find the bed, let alone a pint of water (!!!!!).. and don't get me started about the morning..

.. I had no idea I was such a poor drinker.. (more to ponder as I [tearfully] continue my memoirs)..

Dear violet

I'm sure your bluberry whatevers are very tastey but when it come to the ultimate drink it has to be a good single Malt anytime.

Not that i object to the lovely screaming orgasm , available in most bars. (mind you I would never turn down a good Kentucky Bourbon).

Get on with your memoirs and find that lovely Father Ralph( I think I need Absolution... especially after what i've been doing lately)).

Kissy(very Kissy ) Lady K xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
