a tear that smudges ink
in a farewell letter
writes a clearer message
than any pen

Geoffrey, I love this. Absolutely raw, a simple truth eloquently stated.

I am not clever with words, so appreciate this, Juan. Making a good poem sit on my name is a balancing act that usually fails. But then again I am no poet. Nevertheless, thank you!

Don't be so humble Geoffrey. You are brilliant with words, and you know it.

I agree, you really are not clever with words. If it is a balancing act you have just fallen all the way down to the poop.
I invite you to admit that you have plagiarised my famous poem what I wrote in school in 1875
a smear that nudges pink
in a faraway latte
gives a better massage
than any penis
going to do

I think it is because you have fallen all the way down to the poop, and when you are in at that level of poopiness then poop goes the weasel.

People can jump into bed with each other as much as they want. But if you REALLY want to know a person intimately; find where they hide their diary and read it. There's nothing at all wrong with that, as long as nobody finds out. Just put it back where you found it after. Then you can say you KNOW a person.

Not sure how to answer your question G, but I usually instinctively know if I am good at something.
Maybe I was a bit presumptuous saying that you know you are a good writer, but when you replied to a poster that you were not clever with words..... I found that hard to believe that you believe that of yourself.
God I wish I was a good writer, I am tying myself up in knots here just trying to answer your question.
Anyways, even if you don't know it, take it from me, you are a very good writer.
