Anyone here interested in musical experiment?

Hi everyone,

I've been secretly reading some of the work submitted here since I joined yesterday, and I'm really impressed! And I started thinking, maybe there are some of you who might be interested in having me compose some music underneath your recitations of your own work. With all the satellites sneaking about our cosmos collabs can now be done no atter we all live, it could be a fun thing to happen I think. I posted some of my compositions with LC's recitations here, if people want to hear what I'm about.

So don't be shy if your interested, would love to have a chance to work with some of you!

In the history of art and literature, poetry and music have always had a very close (almost indistinguishable) relationship.

An introduction of music to some of the various forms of poetry offered here in the 'Forum' could result in some delicious liaisons. This 'marriage' might actually help develop or enhance a stronger operative towards reaching or achieving the poem's fullest expression. But I believe when a poem is set to music, it works only if it is the music's deepest conviction to emulate an overall shared spirit, a communion at the deepest level towards the assimilation of thoughts the poem had initially tried to articulate.

This link might be of interest to you if you haven't already listened in…

A long time ago I posted a poem that I never titled that Henning Franz put to music. He uploaded it and linked it here. It was funny because the poem evoked (and directly mentioned) a very rock and roll vibe but he put it to a solo acoustic guitar and sang the words. I had never had this done for me! I wish I could somehow find that link again.
