THE FORUM
As the name suggests
It's a gathering of guests
With opinions and judgements to ponder
Views to exchange
Meet ups to arrange
The forum grows ever stronger
A synod of souls
With checks and controls
While preserving the right of free speech
A chance to learn
As we each take our turn
To inform,to reform and to teach
Long may it thrive
Long may it survive
With the message of Cohen appeal
There's a heart on my sleeve
But I firmly believe
The affection that we all feel

Positive comments are always welcome but when they come from ones respected peers it makes them a bit special!

That's BEAUTIFUL, Yorkshire Lad. And huge fun to read! Couldn't help but speak it softly aloud as I did. Great sentiments!

Not been near the poetry for a while, been busy, but lovely to see your poems here.
Roll on Kracow, and don't worry, the food and drink is a lot cheaper there than Wales

Linda and I are actually going to Zakopane in the Tatra mountains for a couple of days after Krakow, to enjoy a bit of mountain scenery..... no serious climbing planned though

Hi Margaret
I googled the Tatra Mountains and they look absolutely stunning . Some tranquility to look forward to after all the singing and dancing in Kracow .
