Jazz covers

Post by Jo »

Apart from Chris Botti's Thousand Kisses Deep and and Dianne Reeves and Nina Simone's versions of Suzanne - does anyone know of any jazz artists recording ANY other LC stuff?

One of our Aussie jazz singers, Vince Jones, has done a great version of "Hallelujah" 8) - it's on his Live album.

Cheers :)

Thanks Andrew (Darby) - I'll look out for that one but don't know if I'll get it in this godforsaken country

Aaron Neville has a lovely CD out - Nature Boy - The Standards Album and I know the Neville brothers did a really nice Bird on the Wire for a Goldie Hawn/Mel Gibson movie - do you perhaps know what album that's on?
