a dark river flows
dividing the land of the soul
the reason in west
which never could see
across the old river so cold
he did´nt have strength
the mind is so bare
to the heart he just cannot go near
Oh help him to find his heart in the east
oh show him the bright bridge of tears

She wanders in east
with wind in her hair
so flamingly hot in the heart
she´s trying to sing away all the wounds
that´s tearing her feelings apart
she just does´nt know which way she must go
although there´s a drum she can hear
Oh show her the way to the lover in west
oh show her the bright bridge of tears

And help her, and help him
light up and give strength
rush wind in the land of the soul
increase all your power
make room for the storm
let the separated be whole
be with them in years and weeks and days
create in the wasteland of fears
the world will be one as they join in the night
redeemed on the bright bridge of tears.
