I can never think of Syd without thinking about the book/dvd 'Stuart A Life Backwards' which was the story of a homeless man in Cambridge, an award-winning book and was made into a film which I saw on television which was amazingly touching. I know Syd did have a home but the lives wrecked by mental health problems is heartbreaking. These people are so unfortunate, we should remember each day how lucky we are to be relatively normal.

I cannot help but think that Syd would have been to a Leonard concert, as have other members of Pink Floyd, if he were with us today.
