Happy Chinese New Year!

To all who celebrate it, 
Happy Chinese New Year !!! I loved the explanation of why the cleaning of the house takes place prior to the celebration, and the house is not swept for three days after, out of concern that one might also sweep out the good luck that came in with the New Year. How relaxing, too, after all the revelry, that the housecleaning can wait! I was listening to them talk on NPR this morning about your holiday.
