Once I tried to get a copy directly from Spanish television, since they were the owners of the copyright. When I asked for the price, I got astonished. It was amazingly expensive!
Absolutely out of reach.
So, please, count me in if anybody finds out a copy at a reasonable price.

Check eBay.
[Advertising of eBay isn't welcomed because this DVD copy is illegal - only acceptable for trade in this forum!!! - It has been made by fans who collected the money for the mentioned TV tape. The people selling it on eBay are making profit of non-commercial fan material.

I am happy to send a copy to one or two of you
who agree to make a copy of the DVD and pass it on to someone else who has requested (asking them to also make a copy).
Many people who don't have a DVD burner themselves might call in favours from family or friends to make the copy for them
.
