Faux Pas, Mademoiselle Femme Fatale, Faux Pas
(Jazz Song from FI)

Verse1
Look come here, this is Strictly Confidential
Parading my beauty is a primal girlie credential
But always being a Lady's still totally essential
Friends, Mes Amis, this is strictly confidential

Verse2
Falling in love with my premeditated dream
I planned, manipulated the Parisian scene
My Grande Entrance screamed pride before the fall
Please, show discretion, this is strictly confidential

Chorus
Faux pas, Mademoiselle, Femme Fatale, Faux pas
Chanson d'amour is only another manege a trois
I thought of you all evening and made passes at myself all night
But I was trapped dazzled, Jessica Rabbit caught in the headlights
From a bientot to au revoir, Bon soir, je t'aime, bon soir
Faux pas, Mademoiselle Femme Fatale, Faux pas

Verse 3
At a smoke club, the target man's eyes met mine
First words, first joke, laugh, first kiss, first time
Ecstasy to danger another first dramatic original
But Cheri baby, really, this is strictly confidential

Verse 4
Taxi ennui, Jazz lovers, le body art week-end chic
The Private Dick's camera went click, click, click
Dark secluded places, denouement, choices optional
Please always remember, this is strictly confidential

Verse 5
Airport big red eyes tears, see the red taillights rise and fade
What more do we want from life when love's dances away
Rendezvous, he left, I fell in love, a victim so unintentional
I broke my own heart, now that is strictly confidential

Dear George

The was one of the songs I wrote last year for a project titled 'Le chein et Loup'. I have lots of fun with the production team not to mention the models and the dancers. There are 4 excellent pieces of music out of the 30 I submitted.

Well from humble beginnings at Corfu
A Happy New Year drink to you

No more now till next year I'm signing off

Strictly Confidential and Margaret

Thanks. The character in the song is a girl called Vivienne who I've know for years who would always start her tete a tetes with me with the words ' Look ,come here, listen, this is strickly confidential' Her personality at times was the best chemistry set in town - London Town. Over the years I have prbably written over 70 songs based on our mutual stupidity. But please remember, this is strickly confidential. This phasing I found was crying out for a musical setting to be written.

Kind regards

Ben

Knowing the story behind it adds even more to it, Ben. Extremely well done :D . What is the nature of the music that accompanies it?

It's so easy to imagine it being sung onstage.

Dear Lizzytysh and Margaret

It was a corporate marketing project which is still on going for the lauch of a new product in a new corporate marketing concept never tried out before. There are more than one corporate client involved I can't say more than that at present, although it is basically a route to market concept.

The music I can't release until the project goes live and if my contribution with make the final selection, in fact it is a totally integrated mutli-media approach which the finance men still have to approve. The initial marketing concept was mine, so if it goes wrong its my head!

Think of the music as being along the lines of Ms Otis regrets and The Lady is a Tramp.

Magaret I know you have enjoyed some of the poems I have written on the board but these version were not the finak versions, so I you want copies of the final versions I would be happy to send them. Also I can release the rough version of the song I posted Great Days.

I do many requests for copies of my art work and music which I do find takes a lot of time so be patient.

Kind regards

I'm not familiar with "Ms. Otis Regrets," but "The Lady Is A Tramp" was very much along the lines of how I envisioned its being performed on a stage. The title even seems, somehow, a little 'Brelish.'

Lizzy

I don't know Brelish, who or what does this term refer to as I am quite well up on composers

Cheers
