Hi,
Does anyone know why this website is no longer available?
Diamonds in the Lines: Leonard Cohen In His Own Live Words
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pilgraeme/
(Introductions to almost every song played live - website by Marc Gaffie)
It was still available some time ago (a month ago or so)

What a loss!
The Google bots have last seen this site alive on July 19th. I have started a project of salvaging the site's content from Google cache.
Perhaps if we locate the author we can have their permission to post their content on the LC files?

I will ask Patrice, the French webmaster.

This is the current situation at the French Cohen Portal:
http://www.leonardcohensite.com/portal2.php : "The Songs Prologues is temporally unavailable."

Site will return soon, let's hope; Patrice of
http://www.leonardcohensite.com writes that Marc Gaffie removed it as it wasn't updated for years, but now he has received so many votes to keep the site online even if it's not updated with new songs and with "new" prologues from the recordings of old shows which surfaced in last few years.

Tom,
Thanks for checking this for us. I'd be great to see it back online!

Yes I really like that site. Very fond of Lover lover lover all of a sudden and automatically tried to look what Leonard said about it.
I hope the site will be back soon

Well, while I was translating the songs into German I've saved a lot of Cohen's comments that Marc Gaffie had collected. See:

Hey there buddhaxxl,
I have copies of a few more pages from "Diamonds in the Lines", I think it would be best to put them on your site so we have them all in one place, please PM me if interested.
Thanks,
Avi

By the way, you can find a complete list of all issued songs (and some more) as singles pages and as a PDF here:

I have translated Marc Gaffie's collection and there are a lot of comments humbly made by myself - sorry, in German only!
