I'm very excited to inform you about a special theatrical homage to one of the great ones:

YOU KNOW WHO I AM
A Tribute to Leonard Cohen,
Conceived and Realized by Joel Allegretti
Cornelia Street Cafe
29 Cornelia Street
Greenwich Village, NYC
Starring:
Davidson Garrett, poet and actor who has appeared on Law and Order, Oz and Spin City, among other shows.
LuLu Lolo, performance artist and playwright. On several days bookending her appearance in this tribute, she is performing a superb original show in the 2009 Fringe Festival based on the reminiscences of Kittie Genovese's female lover.
Jane Titus, classically trained Shakespearean actress.
My script draws exclusively from Cohen's rich body of poetry, novels and lyrics. With his star deservedly shining bright once again and a performance at Madison Square Garden scheduled for October, YOU KNOW WHO I AM arrives at an appropriate time.
You know who he is. I hope to see you there.
There is a $7 cover, which includes a complimentary house beverage.
