What can I say Lizzy work is slow , a man has to do something .
As for Jimbo I haven't seen anything of his for a long time now .
If you're listening out there Jimbo ( haiku King ) your sadly missed come back we need you .
Although we do have some Haiku Queens as close runner ups keeping things going .

Grecian Man, Here's a suggstion if you've got too much time on your hands:
write a haiku (or 10)!

Well, I defer to Anne on this one. Beauty over haiku count. She takes us to such peaceful places with hers... and at only one haiku difference? What's one haiku between friends?

It's been so long, I forgot all about the humour you wanted in these. Ah well. That's what you get for slacking . The lasses just go their own way and do their own thing.

My 50 have been in the past month...I have been out of work.
I started work again so depression will be setting in soon and I'll go back to isolating!

I never really got that "humour theme" thing with this thread. I did give away an hour of my life reading the back pages. I saw a bit of bawdiness but nothing actually funny. So i just write whatever comes to mind or is in front of my eyes at the time.

I was going to do the same thing, so thanks for the trouble you took from my [gotta squeeze this in real fast] fingertips .

It would be ideal [as I see it], if we could just keep edging closer and closer to the criteria for authentic haikus. Beyond that, whatever comes to mind is fine .

Suppose it is a bit of an odd pseudonym for a Dub ...
It seemed to make sense at the time , I bought one of Leonards prints
in Manchester titled Grecian Woman so it really didn't take much imagination after that !
