Guitar Picks & Tour Patch

At the LA shows on Friday & Saturday they did not have the 2008-2009 Interlocking Hearts Tour Patch
or the set of 8 guitar picks in stock at the kiosks, but they said they might be available later.
Does anyone know how I might be able to acquire these things as the tour unfolds in other cities
over the spring and summer?
