No Big deal

I’ll go
bareheaded
into the world
& love it
I’ll sit
in my room
in silence
& be it
Neon in the city
Moonlight in the
mountains
No big deal

Dear Taigaku ~
A beautiful blending of you and your Zen practices. Symbiotic comes to mind, yet I don't know if it really applies. It's just how it seems.
Love,
Elizabeth

Thank you, Elizabeth
Symbiotic is a nice word. I don't know if it applies, either, but i would like it to.
Blessings of Peace,

Taigaku, this is exquisite.
Each rereading reveals more.
It reminds me of Rumi
"I used to be shy
You made me sing
I used to refuse things at table
Now I shout for more wine.
In somber dignity, I used to sit
on my mat and pray.
Now children run through
and make faces at me."
Esential Rumi
Peace

Dear Barbara~
Ah, to have one's poetry reminding somebody of Rumi!
I'm so glad you liked it.
Thank you also for sharing his poem.
