Sydenham Church, Kingston at 8 pm: An evening of Leonard Cohen songs, poems and anecdotes hosted by CBC star Nancy White and featuring a selection of Kingston's finest musicians: Nancy White with Bob Johnson, Roger James, Patrick Boyd (Anne of Green Gables), Cliff Edwards (Grand Theatre), Fireweed.

A number of celebrities are being approached for cameo roles Portion of proceeds to charity (probably Kingston Literacy) and a number of tickets donated to charitable groups.

This sounds great, particularly with Nancy White hosting it! I'm sure she'll add much delight to all things Leonard. So this is not being recorded, or is it?

At one time, I lived quite close to Kingston. I wish this had existed then.
