I am disappointed that L.C. has continued to allow ticketmaster to be responsible for his ticket sales given the scam they are obviously orchestrating to ratchet up prices and set aside lots of them to sell at outrageous prices. Tickets for Ottawa's events were obviously "sold out" long before the sales were ever made public.

I have to say I concur with the previous posting about Ticketmaster today.
I tried to access tickets via Ticketmaster and the American Express web site. the posting finally appeared at 10:40 and the AEG site would not accept purchases except for the LC Tour package.
When I finally tried calling Ticketmaster, they said tickets were gone in 20 minutes?
Don't know how when the show in NYC at Radio City Music Hall on 5/16 was not even posted till after 10:30am.
This is very disappointing and lousy customer service from Ticketmaster.

No disrespect to any of the artists, especially you Mr. Cohen, however I can't believe how Ticketmaster scams artists out of revenue from ticket sales by selling out concerts to their subsidiary website, Ticketsnow, for double to triple the price, before the general public can purchase any.

I am in Calgary and this happened yesterday. 10am ticket sales opened. 10:01am, tickets sold out but available immediately on Ticketsnow for two to three times the price.

I wish artists and fans together would somehow boycott the use of unethical agencies such as Ticketmaster. There is an article in the Calgary Herald regarding this topic.

I heard that someone (or group) was sueing Ticketmaster for this same scalping behaviour for a recent Bruce Springsteen concert. Expect them to also release more tickets as we get closer to the event. I wish artists would find a different way to sell their tickets than using Ticketmaster, who in turn abuse the fans.
