Buying tickets for more than one venue

Question: If I want to go to two concerts in two different cities that go on presale the same day (tomorrow), will that work, or will both transactions get voided.
Also, if a friend wants to buy tickets but has no internet access, can she do it on my second computer from the same IP address? (In other words, is it two per person, two per computer, two per credit card, and/or two per address)?
