Surprisingly I have not seen anything regarding a meet up or a concert related activity in Brussels.
Anyway both the concerts have been sold out since July 25 BUT my wife and I were lucky enough to get tickets and we will be there this Sunday
The Brussels venue -Forest National- enjoys a bad reputation for its accoustic but I read on this forum that the technical crew has done pretty well within other hangar like concert halls. Let's cross fingers.

For a meetup or some other activity in any of the cities a local initiator-organizer is needed, so why not to go ahead...
