The Files tell us that Leonard played at the Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna in 1993, details here:

This looks odd to me. In the first place, the Happel is a gigantic football stadium (it's where the final of the Euro 08 tournament took place earlier this year). Now, I know Cohen is popular and all, but I don't think even he would have been playing football stadiums that year. Secondly, it's a shortened set. So, does anyone know anything more about this appearance? Was it some kind of charity show with several artists? Or a festival of sorts?

LC live im happelstadion gesehen.
bei einem unglaublichen nachmittags metal-openair. headliner stunden später war INXS mit dem etwas später verblichenen Hutch... (der so drauf war, dass er versehentlich das bassmic genommen & rausgerissen hat, abbruch neustart).
jedenfalls hat mich an diesem kuriosen setting LCs gelassenheit & professionalität immens beeindruckt, fast geprägt, sodass ich ein fan wurde.
veranstalter war Wolfgang B., der dann wenig später "einrücken" musste - seltsame umstände...

habe mich damals ins stadion geschlichen, wegen faith no more glaub ich, und lenny war einfach der beste stimmt nina. gestern war er noch erstaunlicher
und seine strahlkraft gebündelter.....war echt gerührt
