Hi,
TicketMaster sent me an automatic reply saying tickets would be sent, not to worry if I didn't get them til 10 dayso or so before the event. (I'll be in Manchester, 18th June). OK, fine. Then a week later they sent me a message saying my tickets had been dispatched and to contact them if I didn't receive them within 14 days. Great. 3 weeks later, no sign of tickets, I wrote back to them as they'd asked. Another automatic reply, saying don't worry if you don't receive them til 10 days before. :?: I'd love to know what is going on for others. Are you going to Manchester? Have you received tickets? Is my situation normal or should I be worried? :?

all I know is this: I got my my manchester tickets around 3 weeks after I'd bought them on the day they went on sale

I got an e-mail saying they'd been dispatched and then they arrived

where that leaves you I don't know

Thanks SC. I'll get back to them (trying not to panic!) I have tickets for Lyon too, which I'm looking forward to even more than Manchester. The concert is outdoors in a wonderful roman amphitheatre on a hill overlooking the city. No seat numbers so I'll get there in the morning and picnic all day and hopefully be right at the front!

I received my Manchester ticket some weeks ago, but I did buy through Seetickets. My O2 ticket, from Tickmaster, has not yet arrived.

Hi Marti,

Got mine a couple of weeks (at most) after the day that they went on sale.
What I would say is don't worry, I recently had lost some tickets for another gig at The Opera House, spoke to Ticketmaster and they arranged for us to pick up replacements at the box office on the night, no drama, no cost, no panic. best that you keep your booking reference safe although they can find you through the last four digits of the card you paid with. You are supposed to take the card to the box office for collection but they didn't ask us for it. I know it is stressful not holding paper but call them and they will sort it out, despite all of the sticks thrown at them they are pretty good at many things.
See you there.
jon

Hello Marti

I too had this problem with Ticketmaster last December, I rang them and they arranged for me to collect the tickets on the door. When I got there the doorman had them in an envelope in his pocket ready for me, and it worked wonderfully.

So don't worry, just contact Ticketmaster and they should do the rest. I admit I was worried until I had the tickets in my hand.
