When my bad thoughts
As sharp knifes
Were cutting my chest
And trying to show up
On the surface
And I was fighting
With my fears
Hardly making them
To disappear
My Inner Voice has said:
"Why you are so afraid
If your physical body
Is getting hurt
And you are dead?
This body is a mortal...
Just be sure and don't allow
Someone to hurt
The body of your Soul..."
Suddenly I've became
Calm and free,
Surrounded by
A Blue-White Silence,
Seeing myself
as a beautiful Flower,
as a Bird,
as a Mountain
Fused in One
With Eternity
and the Mother Earth...

As I read your poem, in my mind's eye I saw a Zen card develop. I'm certain you've seen them or received one. I like the bad thoughts as sharp knives, and how the chaos transitions into silence, peace, and the Truth of it all.

Dear Elizabeth,
I've never seen this Zen cards...I've just passed through this experience during the last meditation...and again I've received very important message from my point of view...so, I've decided to share it in the form of poem...
Elizabeth, I don't know what is going, but after our very nice talking the last week everything what I am seeing around is converting in my mind as poems...Wonderful!!!
I don't know what to say...
so, I'll continue very quiet my meditations and pray G-d to give me more knowledge...
it's an amazing experience...

Elizabeth already hinted at the "bad thoughts / As sharp knives / Were cutting my chest". Besides this image I especially like the expression "Surrounded by / Blue-white silence"... The color metaphor really makes me hear the sound of the magnificent silence you have experienced...

A true thought, I've read somewhere long ago, will penetrate all mountains, and walls, and will find it's way to the hearts and souls, as it's true destination. Your poem reminded me of that. Thanks for sharing.

So far, I've been unable to send Iubita the card itself. I keep getting a Syntax Error message, which means zilch to me . I even looked up the word in the dictionary to see how it might apply to the issue I was having. This is probably why the second card I tried to send to my friend who originally sent me mine never went through. I'll give you the URL as soon as I can separate it out from the other letters and numbers that pile into the slot.
