sometimes it would be
pretty unpleasant to do
but now that it's done
i'm glad that I chose
a mat full of honey
and
a cunning array of stunts

Ahh, the taste of honey well worth the unpleasantness I'm sure.
My Grandmother was a bee-keepers daughter - she used to tell me very funny stories about growing up.

Playing with Trees

bare foot
hot summer sun
hands feet, grab push pull climb
strong branch, swing by knees, arms hang down
thank you tree

I'm glad you chose the path you did, Mr. Nearly-Naughty-Jack. Though I'm a bit surprised no one has come in here and Spoonerismed you.

That's not the way things go. We do things for so long that don't get noticed, the surprise is when things are.

That's a worthwhile pursuit. I wish you well with it.

Josh is our saviour from a mediocre season where relegation remains a possibility. he was with us on loan from a Premiership club, played really well for us, went back but then- unable to break into Charlton's first team- has re-joined us on loan for the rest of the season.

now, I bet you didn't want to know all that!

and here's a pic. for you, look, he's only 18 and he can already jump higher than old geezers like you or I can.

Ha , I bet he never jumped as far as me.

Pretty proud of your newfound ability to post pictures I see.
Still don't know why he isn't given a position.
Is he just there to scare the other team?

To Manna ~

Hip Hip Hooray!!! YaY, Manna!! I've already decided that soon, very soon, maybe Monday afternoon, I'll open two windows of the Forum and follow your instructions to the letter... and, who knows, I may finally be successful myself in posting a photo, too! When I tried to post the one of the 'Glass' ceiling [teehee ~ never considered it in that respect... a lot to be done with that man's name]... anyway, it said I had to first post it somewhere 'publicly' ~ then when I tried to create that function, the message came back that it was unavailable where I'm at. Surprize. Surprize. Well... I'll give it the ol' college try again, anyway, and see what happens.

Thanks for spelling it out.
