Now THAT is one fine tribute, doepus!

You sure enough DID take two international flights... and I'm so happy you did!
You were well rewarded... and took it all in with understanding and kindness!

Kudos to you!

rpan, your video is such a thrill! Thank you for capturing it.
Did you also record Joan of Arc?

Yes it was such a thrill with The Guests, one of my real favourites and the fact that they played it all the way through. With Joan of Arc I think that was not the case, they only did bits I think, anyhow I only got a snippet with big role for Webb Sisters, I will fish out and load up tonight anyhow.

I thought I had seen the best ever So Long Marianne at Lissadell, but Albert's video makes me think again. Amazing.

Waiting for these bits, listening to Joan of Arc alive again would be a dream!

If the 10 Len gigs I've witnessed, I'd put the 2nd Dublin gig on Wednesday pretty close to the top..up there with the same venue in 08 and both Lissadell shows.

Well he seems to be soundchecking it (joan...) in Dublin and who knows may play it there . How can he be influenced to play it in Barcelona?

According to Leonard today - in response to my impassioned plea to hear the song in the set sometime - they haven't quite "nailed it" yet. They didn't include it in the sound check today but who knows? Maybe Barcelona will be the night ......
