IMPORTANT NOTE (April 5): We have today been informed that the concert date in Verona may change from Sept 25 to Sept 24.
However, this has not been confirmed yet. It is also possible that it does not change.
Please wait with your flight reservations until the date has been confirmed.

Oh no! My elation at the arrival of my tickets today is gone.
I really hope that this concert will not be moved date wise. We are booked to fly from Dublin on the 25th.

I'm just about to loose a fortune for the LC cause, changing my flight to the day before would cost more than the return ticket I've already paid for... so, yes I dearly wish the show isn't moved to the 24th... but then again, it's Verona, it's Italy, more time for Bellinis and linguine alle vongole

hotel flexible.ryanair not.point i was trying to make is why confirm shows ,tell the world to attend and then tell us to wait for confirmation?does not make sense to me.what part of confirm do they not understand.i am sure that people from italy will suffer less geographacal and financial inconvience!

UPDATE (Friday): Email from the tour management: "[The Verona] Concert will be on the 24th".
Probably we will get similar confirmations from AEG and the Italian promoter after the Easter.

It's Leonard, it's Verona so we will all be going anyway.
I am always holding back regarding flights just in case such a thing will happen so fortunately we haven't booked any flights yet and the hotel booking is flexible thanks to booking.com but we are really sorry for all those who have booked their flights already!

I cannot believe that this is happening so early in to the 2012 tour. It's barely 10 days since the tour was announced and tickets went on sale. Unlike Caren, I do not hold back in case such things happen. They just should not happen - except in very rare circumstances. The concert was confirmed and we had our tickets arranged so we booked flights. It will cost far more than the cost of the flights to try and change them so we are faced with the fact that we will probably be too tired to really enjoy the concert after a 3.00 am start from home for an early flight. At least our flights were booked for the right day .....
How can we be sure that they won't start changing the dates of other concerts for one reason or another? I never thought I would say this back in 2008 & 2009 when everything seemed to be running like clockwork but I am beginning to lose faith completely in the organisation of this tour.
Not happy ....

Yes, it's Leonard, and of course I'm going!
As I've already got my ticket, I booked my flight yesterday early in the morning, unfortunately before checking the forum...
Organisational and financial difficulties are growing and I'm very sorry for those of you who are in the same situation!
I really hope for all of us that there won't be more changes like this...

I too am very upset. It was already a scramble to locate a good flight/hotel and with accommodation fast selling out owing to a Fair around the same date, it was a choice of book then or lose the excellent deal. We had no option but to go for that specific flight/date as others already sold out the day prior and earlier on the 24th.
Now its a question of deciding how to get away from airport at speed which could be costly, to have the concert tickets posted insead of collecting , another extra charge. Then to have to have cabin only luggage which for a six day break is not idyllic.
Dont even go there to think about flight delays at our end in the UK !!! If that happened then I reckon it could be curtains for us. As it us that entire day will be a stressful experience as everything is an unknown regarding potential flight delays.
I know these hiccups can happen but it seems a shame that we could not have had all the European dates announced at sametime but with gaps for potential extra add-on concerts like Dublin etc.,
A very disappointing way to kickstart the Easter Weekend .........

It is very disappointing but I know it is not the fault of Jarkko, he goes above and beyond to do the best for us. I feel very sorry for anyone that booked to fly 25th . Lucky Trish and I booked the 24th but it is a 6am flight
. We wont be rushing like some folks but may fall asleep at the concert as we are up at 3am the early morning before.
Glad I did not book any other concerts and just the one in Dublin. Just do not feel , this tour has the same flow of the last World Tour, which I did not think could be topped, so I am happy to see Leonard twice more. Let us hope there are no more changes for anyone as they can be extremely costly

I totally agree tinderella. I'm sure Jarkko knows that we are not "shooting the messenger". I really appreciate everything he does and I'm sure this is the last thing he needs as we head in to a holiday weekend. But the forum is the best chance we have to vent our anger and frustration in the hope that members of Leonard's management will see and hear our views.
