Two more men to balance the statistics as Henning put it! Sharing some DNA, divided by about 38 years in age, but united in our adoration of Leonard's music. Here's me and my son Luka (Luka467) who was already famous on the forum before he joined (see viewtopic.php?f=35&t=15972&st=0&sk=t&sd ... 60#p182263)

cheers

Hmmm, let me think: warm jacket, high necked sweater, dark winter colours .....

Must be LA!

Good guess, Wendy. It was a trick visual question. I wear the same outfit in both cities. It gets cold at night in LA in December. One big difference though - no white fluffy stuff falling from the sky to shovel or slip on. It actually was taken in Toronto.

I love seeing everyone's pics. Paul, your son is adorable!

This was a hard project for an uber-procrastinator like me. I never want to do this again!

Paul - I guess Luka would be good friend with Roscoe's son. You must introduce them to each other.

Love your pictures, everyone!

I wasn't sure which one of myself to pick, I don't have too many I consider good enough for Leonard, but as a great friend of mine has really complimented me on that one and I have to say I trust him more than myself in these matters, I went for this one:

Kudos to all these incredibly gorgeous women and handsome men 8) !

I LOVE that photo of you, Sheila :D . Sooooo you! You look GREAT :D ! Warm and happy... that's you 8) ... and a poet, too 8) .

I have NeVer seen a monkey that looked like that, Esther ;-) ! Leonard's going to flip 8) ! Very soft and pretty features. You do a fedora justice... uhhh... incredible justice. I love the grey pinstripes :) . Very sweetly flirty... or come hither... now which is it ;-) ?

8) You're such a cool, classy woman, Woman. Very sweet and naturally pretty... principled and intelligent!! I look forward to meeting you in Cracow. I love how you wear the hat and your ivy backdrop. I had considered having ferns growing on old, concrete blocks, but with time such an issue, had to just go with a photo I already had [it got sent last night and even that was a major accomplishment for Mz. Non-Techno here].

Donalagata ~ Have you previously been a model? Such a beautiful face and hair you have.

Paul and Luka ~ I am so moved that the two of you are able to share in this tribute to Leonard. What a wonderful gift to each other. You tip your hat to Leonard. You tip your hat to your very sweet son 8) . Great photos.

Bridger ~ I NEVER would have made that literal connection. A bridge or someplace later, maybe, but not the age-old game of cards  . You, my dear... such a sweet, warm, pretty face and countenance. You look so absolutely regal 8) . A lovely photo.

Not to worry, Joe... I've not run out to sign up for a refresher, self-defense course..... yet ;-) .
You guys just seem to have a 'thing' about looking serious, that's all. I like the background in your photo, too. Very artsy-cosmopolitan.

Joy ~ You look so sweet, unassuming, happy, and pretty. A refreshing, outdoor photo.

Hi Wendy ~ I've been wondering what you look like and you're so English pretty! The complexions of you women in that region are so lovely. PERFECT backdrop for your photo. Leonard is still going to get Leonard in this mosaic 8) . And, you wear your smug look well :) . Good on you :D !

Henning ~ I have to say that you've somehow nailed one of the best photos I've ever seen of you. What a great find for this project! Quite debonair, sweet, and sexy, in fact.

Molly Mary ~ That's such a wonderful, sweet, and pretty photo of you :D . It takes me back to New York. What is with these women with gorgeous blue eyes!?!

Anne... you look so calm and calming in that photo of repose... this photo SO much more captures your beauty than the one someone posted from Hydra. I see, too, that you fell for the Greek, sterling silver jewelry, the same as I did. I really look forward to meeting you, too. This photo reminds me of your haiku 8) .

Lisa :D ! Such a fresh, sweet, and enthusiastic photo of you! I know what you mean... how you feel watching Leonard perform.

Tinderella ~ You have 100 times more courage than I to go so close-up. If my face could bear the scrutiny that yours does, I would do it, too. You look so sweet, playful, and happy here! Very pretty.

Maarten ~ I LOVE that photo of you 8) !!! So cool... and so warm. REALLY really nice!!!

Annette ~ I've commented before, but your photo reminds me of Leonard's poem about Annie's eyes.

Habie ~ How could any man bear to be away from your face and eyes for long?? How could you possibly be dealing with a healing heart?? I love your sweet flirtation in it.

Isolde ~ You appear to be a true artist... and your photo a work of art. Very intriguing. Well done. It reminds me of something Leonard might do for such a project.

Joan ~ Our own Cheshire Cat... still just as happy as you can be, after meeting Leonard. Such a glow, for you women who have, to carry through in your eyes. Your ring is perfect for this photo. You and I got the same one... and I LOVE it 8) .

Pete!!! YOU ARE SO MUCH BETTER LOOKING THAN THAT PHOTO!!! Just go and be camp about it, though... see if Leonard cares  !

Now, Dave... you, on the other hand, look so wonderfully, collegiately, distinguished... and having Dylan Thomas behind you... perfect! That's a really wonderful photo 8) !

Dick ~ What a night... what memories! Perfect for the mosaic. So fitting. You look great!

Okay... finally got a chance to comment on everyone's awesome photos! At last. Leonard is going to be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pleased.

It's with Laura, Isolde, and I had all I could do to get it there  ! I don't have PhotoShop, I can barely get the Wal-Mart 'program' to work, and Picasa gives me a fit. I'm NON-techno to the max. I just kept clicking on "Well, maybe this will do something... " until things, gradually happened ~ there was some mention of a clipboard, but I never found such a thing... it was a grueling experience to try to get anything together... and even though a while back someone really kindly gave me blow-by-blow instructions on how to post a picture of any kind here, I couldn't begin to tell you where to find them or how to do it. I figure it won't be 'that' long 'til the mosaic is ready, so I can just wait. I guess you're included in that "I" . I ended up with so little sleep trying to get it done that once it was done, I was done ;-) !

Thanks for asking, though :D .

Salutations all

OK, I'll post a photo, (taken at a winery - appropriate - in Washington this year), simply because one cannot leave all these gorgeous (and very attractive) ladies to fend for themselves on the aether of the web. But alas, unlike the guys above, I cannot claim 38 years, integrity and, well, there's no escaping the photo! ... 58, sigh!!! from the Land Down Under.
