Thanks Tonymoco for that advice- I'll try it. He could even show his birth certificate to prove it's a birthday present. I should have let him book them himself but he's off canoeing, and I wanted them on my visa not his. Beginning to calm down- ticketmaster provides quite an adrenalin rush.

Pulled row A in section 301!

Thanks to this forum I was able to get a ticket for Section 3, Row S (19 rows back?), Seat 2 for MSG. I would suspect this would one seat in from the aisle between sections 2 and 3. Can anyone who's been to MSG confirm this for me? I'd love to know where I stand (or sit as the case may be).
This will be my first Leonard show. I've been a fan for about 12 years now. I can't wait!

I thought people might appreciate the word pair I just received on TIcketmaster (to retype for security) when I was looking for tickets to the Madison Square Garden performance in New York City:
Clearly, Manhattan fears that we and Leonard are about to take it and is girding itself...in vain.

Here is a link to MSG's seating chart:

Row S is 17 rows back. Seat 2 is closer to section 4, but rest assured, you are in for the night of your life!

Bob from Ann Arbor-Yes I love NYC (I know it's a crazy city, just like London) and am dying to see Leonard there! Even persuaded partner to come over..hope there's a pre-concert meet-up. And I am smiling now!

Bonjour encore Sourire (or you are a Brit with a French nickname?),
I haven't gone to meetups before but I'll be at the MSG NYC concert and it would be fun to see your smile (and that of your partner) in person. If there's no meetup but you'd like to meet anyway, feel free to send me a private e-mail.
I just got back from a short trip to NYC and, if they are still open, you should check out the exhibits on recovered items from the Titanic (45th St. between 8th & Broadway) and also the Yoko Ono exhibit on John Lennon (at the Rock 'N Roll Museum Annex in Soho not far from the Prince St. subway stop).
"First we've taken Manhattan...and then Philadelphia! (tickets on presale Aug. 6"
I join many others in tendering many thanks to Jarkko--and, of course, also to our pal Leonard the C. And hi to you too, Diana, if you're reading this!

I logged into ticketmaster right at 10am and managed to get tickets in section 2, row h. Nothing closer. From what I could tell, those were reserved for VIPs. Congrats to heavensgate2024 for getting row d! Did anyone get row a or b?
A big thanks to Jarkko for all the work that you've done in organising this pre-sale.
I'm not sure how I managed to pull that ticket. Threw a few back, and it came up about three minutes into the presale. At the Radio City show I attended I saw Martha Stewart, Bette Midler, and a bunch of other celebrities up in the orchestra pit, which is odd considering most artists give those tickets to their fans (comped VIPs are usually a bit further back, and they usually arrive late and leave early). I wonder if this will be the same case at MSG.

Usually Ticketmaster does not do that, all purchases are final (we have hard of exceptional cases)
