Jarkko & Mollydog,
I tried to book through their website but they are full on both Friday, September 18th and September 21st. Does anyone have any other suggestions for hotels?

Joe

For all the Cohenites going to the Barcelona concert, I've opened a thread in the "Other Gatherings" section regarding a tribute-concert and meet-up for the day before (Sunday September 20th), here it is:

Best wishes,

Dear Joe and Mollydog
I have just booked two rooms at the Onix Liceo. I rang them and they had rooms. I then found them cheaper on booking.com so booked through that.

What a wonderful idea regarding the birthday event .. my only dilemma will be if Barcelona happen to play at home on 20 September and I can manage to get a ticket.

regarding accomodation, I found Hotel Oasis through booking.com - they seem to have rooms still available at reasonable prices!

Hi Paul - I am also in Oasis and I also would love to see Barcelona in Nou Camp, if it happens that day.

hi everybody:
I already have tickets for the concert Atarfe, someone's going to the concert of Granada? because what I see most is going to Barcelona or Girona. The truth is that tickets are not cheap, but compared to the last year in Rome as they are not bad. Although then there is the accommodation and travel .... but worth the expense. If anyone is thinking of going to Granada, we will be welcoming in the Coliseum Atarfe, a very nice town close to Granada. Although I live in Reinosa (cantabria) Atarfe is where my mother was born so that's why I decided to listen again to Leonard in that city. Greetings

Thank you, Phillipa,

We were able to get a room at Hotel Toledano. We're really looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones!

i dunno how good they are but tickets for madrid are still available from ticketmaster.es

and speaking of spanish concerts, both AEG and the official website currently list the rumoured gig in zaragoza as confirmed for september 15th:

http://www.leonardcohen.com/tour.cgi

http://aeglive.com/tourdates.php?id=177 ... type=event

i thought jarkko said all the cities had been announced already and that was it, is this a glitch or real?

Zaragoza indeed is in the final list - obviously I didn't get any alarm about it. Now added to the itinerary with link to the seller,
