I just want to say a very sincere THANK YOU to Jarkko for all the hard work in organizing the presale for all of us. Also to the rest of the moderators for making things work for the tour and this site. You all have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Putting in that kind of work must be done more for love than anything else.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lili

My wife (Beatrice) and I too live in Columbus. We spent our 5th anniversary at the Chelsea Hotel and were able to get great floor seats for the first night at Radio City Music Hall back in May (thanks again Jarkko). We also were able to make it out to the Columbia, MD show earlier that week.

Seeing Leonard this time so close to home will be such a treat. We were able to get row L tickets.

hanmanjr - Welcome to the forum! As we get closer to the date of the Columbus concert, we'll open up a separate thread to see if anyone wants to do a meetup.

The spring concert we attended in Oakland was the best concert we'd ever attended. The band is perfect, Javier Mas alone brings such a great sound with his various Spanish string instruments. They rehearsed for 3 months or so, he has his own sound and lighting crew tour with him. Everything's Zen :) ...and 3 hours. Trying for San Jose this time around :D Will Call worked great in Oakland. Thanks again to our Finnish friend

Hooray! I booked 4 $150. tickets for the Las Vegas concert last Friday. My partner and I will meet up with our dear friend Lindsey from San Francisco - it was his house I rented on Hydra in 1973 and we've been friends ever since. His b.f. Robert will accompany him. We'll spend a couple of days there - can't wait and hope to finally meet up with some fellow board members!
See Lizzie I told you I was sure I'd get the chance to catch at least one more concert after the attenuated (yet terrific) perf. at Coachella. ;-)

Love to meet up with Cohenites if there's a pre-concert thing in NYC or Philly?

Sourire,
I'll be going to the NY concert with my twelve-year-old daughter: would love to meet up with others. The plaque ceremony might be that weekend too, so that would be another opportunity to meet, hopefully.
Let's begin a thread once we know what Dick has arranged for the Chelsea Hotel plaque.

Might anyone have a suggestion whom to contact for a photography permission ? I'm a professional photography in the SF Bay Area, with all the best equipment, can shoot discreetly. I'd be happy to give the files to the Cohen tour. If anyone knows, you can also email me at GeraldNaus@mac.com :)

Leonard's manager Robert Kory at rkory@rkmgment.com
As far as I know only a limited number of photograpers working for a newspaper or magazine can be accredit to take photos,
and only during the first song.
