17mins version is indeed from Birmingham, 13mins version from Brighton. There's also an 4mins version from Birmingham soundcheck. Preston soundcheck doesn't exist - it's actually also from Bimrnigham, but mislabelled on Rasre Songs CD as recorded in Preston.
