Ah yes, I saw that you signed in at the front desk, Critic2, but never checked back to see your check-out time. Glad you enjoyed our accommodations. Hotel Lizzy has been cited in the best of Travel mags.

So, where did you end up? You should have asked at the front desk. They could have referred you to another 5-Star hotel. I hope your accommodations were up to snuff.

Oh, that's good. We honour each other's bookings. I'm glad to see you found it on your own. I apologize for the mishap on your booking, however. We'll cover the costs for an extra night at the Hotel Laurie, or if you choose, the Hotel Lizzy. Either way, the accommodations will be fine. I'll arrange for a certificate to be sent. I'm certain your address is still in our computer.
