There are no astronauts in this song, but there are stars.

Ah Hartmut, I have no proof to support this answer but maybe:
the stars eat your body and the wind makes you cold
~ Lady Midnight

....and just for fun thinking about David Bowie’s “Heroes”, idols can be called either stars or a heros ;-)
There are heroes in the seaweed

Yes, Bev, you're right.

Apparently, Mr. Bowie had a Trio/Duo around '69 called Feathers - who performed "Lady Midnight", among other songs.

Ha! Hartmut, That was a very quick reply! I think we are more "seaweed" than "heroes" on most days

Now here's an equally quick submission -

Please name a song about coming and going and not knowing.

Well, I'm still here too and you are on the spot and the money again - I'll have to have one prepared for next time

The Guests is correct! Back to you again.

Thanks, Bev.

I greet you from the other side ... It's getting kind of late here, and I'm running out of ideas; so if anyone else wants to step up, feel free to do so.

Hi,

"The Letters," "Famous Blue Raincoat," and "So Long, Marianne" have content connected to
letters. The name of a most influential writer of letters appears in another song. (Not
looking for L.C., our man of letters. :)) Please name the song.

Might it be Dr. Freud? ("Is this what you wanted?")

No, Roman's suggestion, St. Paul is probably more appropriate.

Hi Goldin and Hartmut,

Thanks for the replies. Had St. Paul in mind because of the mentions in "The Future" and his Epistles
(Letters). Freud is also correct, though, with his name arising in the lyrics of "Is This What You
Wanted?'" and his correspondence being archived/published and affecting the historical take
on his and others' work and lives. If either of you wants to ask the next question, please do so.

Hi Goldin,

It could be that the greeting "from the other side" in "Heart With No Companion"
reflects that the main character has broken through to companionship, i.e. he
is in a condition of having ❤ +1. Is "Heart With No Companion" the song that
you are seeking?
