Marie King McGovern, Marketing and Sales Executive, for Bus Eireann (North-West) has just been on the phone to me to advise that permission has been granted this morning for Bus Eireann Coaches to be allowed access to Lissadell.
They will now be providing a direct service from Sligo to the Concert area.
The Buses will depart from the Bus Eireann station in Sligo at 3oc, 3.30 and 4pm, (beside Train Station).
Depending on demand they are prepared to run extra buses.
Fare: Adults, 10 euro return, 7 euro return for children.
Pre-booking is not necessary but people can book if they want or pay at ticket office.
If people would like to make enquiries they can call the Sligo travel centre on 071 91 60066. ;-)

In case you are not following the News thread, the High is moving up over the country and there will be no rain from next wednesday on. It seems almost definite now that we can leave the rain gear at home.

Hi we are staying in Rossnowlagh on Saturday 31st are there any other Cohen fans staying in the vicinity that would be interested in car sharing to the concert :)

I know many of you enjoyed the fine article on Leonard and Lissadell in last Saturday's Irish Independent,
"When Two Old Treasures Meet".
Watch out for next Saturday's Irish Independent "Saturday Review" section ( page 24) for another article by Nick Kelly in which he interviews Sharon Robinson and Charley Webb .

Can anyone, including pessimists, tell me how to enter the locations one has been to for various concerts, at the bottom? I'm not good at this. Thanks and see you all on Saturday and Sunday, with or without ponchos!

In your User Control panel - find the Profile tab - choose to edit signature and place the text there.
