I just hope the CBC is there in May. They are very fast at uploading their clips.

Edit: Stephen Fry narrated an outstanding video about the Glenn Gould Prize which features Leonard Cohen starting at 3.56

That's exciting!

Thank you Arlene especially for including the video. It gave me such a warm feeling; though it's not my place I felt a pang of pride. Love the idea of the artists going to the street with Leonard's music. I also really like the poetry in schools aspect; my introduction to Leonard was via a grade 10 English teacher.

This is thrilling news! We all knew it was coming, but not an approximate date. Looking forward to more on April 10th. Thanks Arlene for sharing with us, and thanks in advance to Jarkko and Marie for what may be interesting information to follow. Historical venue? As a former Torontonian I am definitely curious.

Cate, when I was in grade 10, Leonard wasn't too well known yet, but I had such a great English teacher that I'm sure he would have introduced us all to LC too! :)

Same here, Diana. One Historical concert venue springs to mind: Massey Hall. :D
And another: Eaton Auditorium, :D
