well, it was good enough for leonard when he wrote "you stand there so nice in your blizzard of ice". but listen to me for a minute, karren, my little cowslip. this poetry column is supposed to be for people who are good with words, but i seldom see anyone in here who possesses even the most fundamental knowledge of language. he and i are both bilingual, fully competent in two languages, yet all i see in here are semi-illiterates who have difficulty in mastering even one - their mother-tongue. in another column he has gone as far as to announce that he doesn't want to meet any more fans, especially not damned 'poets', so that tells me he has been down to look at the quality of writing here - and what he saw certainly was not nice!
