I want to guess Montreal but that would be too obvious (and it's alread been guessed several times). So for the sake of coming up with something not already mentioned, I'll guess Cleveland Ohio home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I figure having the last concert there would be fitting to complete the circle since the tour announcement came when Leonard was inducted into the Rock Hall back in March of 2008.

I bet you have a provisional schedule in your hands already and know just where and when the said event is likely to take place (subject to confirmation, of course!) And the late amendment to the rules is quite interesting too. It suggests to me that no one had guessed the right location up till then ......
