Hi all.
time is ticking and Leonard's in Europe!!!!! The Harbourmaster sounds like a great call. 5pm sounds good and a 15 minute stroll down the road to row 3 of the O2 19th and 20th. Does it get any better than this?
Can you believe our luck - Leonard will be in our fair green land for 7-8 days. Any guesses as to where he may relax after the Dublin concerts before travelling to Belfast????? Might he be diverted to Galway to experience some of the arts festival? Any information Travelling Ladies Man(Joe) you may wish to share with us?
See you all in the Harbourmaster on Sunday 19th.
In song & smiles.
Paula

Hi WW... I am going on the sunday and the thursday , so sorry I am not going the same night as you. I will see if I can get a ticket for you from somewhere for the thursday.
Last year I had no ticket for the sunday and managed to get one and my sister got one outside the venue for only 40 euro... so keep smilin' and you will get to go the last night too ok?
pm me yourphone number and we will arrange to meet up near the time ok
I've bad news for those of us who had planned to meet in the Harbourmaster Bar before Leonard's concert on the Sunday night. I've just been in touch with the bar & have been told that the bar operates Monday to Saturday only.
Tony, you'll have to put on your thinking cap & try to come up with another suggestion in the next few days!
There is a shuttle bus that operates from St Stephen's Green to the O2 and it would be cheaper than getting a taxi.
You'll get more information on the O2 website at http://www.theO2.ie
Well Tony, the Harbourmaster will be open on the other nights! Just throwing this one in as a possible venue for Sunday night, http://www.mvcillairne.com, it's an old style ship permanently moored on the Liffey, they advertise it as "Last port of call before your night at the 02", they say it is within five minutes walk of the 02, but I would say ten! I passed it after my last 02 concert and it looked like a nice venue, even better if the evening was nice.

I've never been in The Ferryman but checked out the website and it looks very nice. Perfect location and seems ideal for what we want. Only 2 weeks to go , so we need to make a decision.

I'd say either the Ferryman (which is on the opposite side of the river ) or Jury's Inn ( it's nearer the O2 ) for the Sunday night.?
I guess the Harbourmaster is still ok for the other nights.?
Tony.

Hi,
I'm not coming to Dublin....yet, but just before Christmas I stayed at The Ferryman and used the bar.
I really enjoyed it and found the staff really friendly and welcoming.
The bar area is largish with different areas. Ideal for a meetup.
If the setlist changed a little I may still be tempted but I don't think it will.
Enjoy yourselves
Dave

How about Jury's Inn for the Sunday night and the Harbourmaster for the other nights? Jury's Inn might be easier to find for us "outsiders" and it is closer to O2.
